Exclusively for Harpswellians!

Dogs About Town Adventures!

Your dog will go from cooped up to pooped out!

Mental stimulation is so important for a dog's well-being. And while they all love the routine of walking the same route every day, checking out the latest "pee mail" and leaving some "post-its" of their own, there is a lot to be gained from NEW smells and NEW sounds and NEW surfaces under their paws. Just like in humans, new experiences are beneficial for brain development in dogs of all ages. The experience of novelty and doing something we've never done before or have not done in a while makes us, humans and dogs, just plain feel good. Who among us doesn't need more of THAT!?

Dogs About Town Adventures takes advantage of all the natural and manmade places of beauty all around us. Harpswell is home to so many beautiful trails across Great Island, Orr's Island, Bailey Island and the Neck. The majority of them are easy terrain, a few have some challenging parts but ALL offer something new and exciting for your dog!
